We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

We will accept the return of undamaged loose stones or jewelry that has not been worn, used or sized.

For a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be sent within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by the original

invoice and a laboratory report if you received one. We charge a shipping and handling fee of US$32. Please insure the merchandise against loss. LianneJewelry.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. When you purchase an item including a grading report, the item has to be returned including the grading report.

If you do not include the grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of $200.


1. Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Write the authorization number clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.

Please do not use the word 'Diamond' on the package, to avoid theft on its way to us.

3. If you return merchandise by any method other than by Registered Mail or Global Express Guarantee Mail

you will be held responsible for any import fees, customs or other expenses we may incur.

4. Contact our customer service department with the package tracking number and date of shipping.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment.


We provide a free professional appraisal/Certificate of Authenticity with every item purchased.

We do not allow comparison purchasing.

(Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder).


At DiamondsBusiness.com we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail,

some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications.

Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.


Most of our Jewelry is made on order and takes 10 business days to make as we create every Jewel from scratch, using 3D Rhino technology.

Other Jewelry or loose stones sometimes may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

Data, item description and prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors.

While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

If a product's listed price is lower or higher than its actual price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
